Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

What the service is

Squadra Academy is an amateur sports-team management app, currently in beta. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it's free of bugs.

Accounts and your responsibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your login credentials safe. Accounts are created from age 15 and up (Law 4624/2019); for younger children, their details are entered by team staff and managed by their guardian.

Staff roles

A team's Coach and Admin have access to that team's own data (roster, schedule, announcements, responses) for the purpose of running it. That data may not be used for anything unrelated to running the team, nor shared with third parties.

Acceptable use

Posting offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content in announcements or match reports is not allowed, nor is any use of the app that puts other users -- minors especially -- at risk.

User content

Content you post (text, photos) remains yours. You grant us the right to store and display it within the app to that team's own members, for that purpose alone.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", in beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service as a whole, with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

Squadra Academy is provided free of charge, as an amateur project. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the app.

Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law.

Versions and acceptance

Accepting the Terms of Use is recorded together with the version of the text at the time you signed up. You'll be asked to accept again after any material change.
